How can project management help you? A building or interior job can be complex: involving not only you the client and the design team, but engineers, suppliers, construction workers, solicitors and planning departments. We can happily take care of pulling all of these strands together if that’s something you don’t don’t want to take on.
Once the project was on-site we assisted the client. The many sub-contractors were co-ordinated on this complex project, as well as programming, works assessment for payment and completion snagging of the works.
