We designed and developed a 390sqm. extension which included a new bar/restaurant seating area with a carvery area designed so as not to interfere with customers at their tables; refurbished front bar; new meeting room facilities; new kitchen, service and staff facilities; and refurbishment of the existing premises.

Blending internal and external
Externally the design uses clay brick, copper and timber to create an exterior which responds carefully to the seating areas outside and the spaces within, highlighting specific tables and areas and linking inside and out.
