O’Leary Architecture + Design has successfully completed many commercial building and interiors projects such as: The Elm Tree, Glounthaune; O’Sullivan’s Bar, Douglas; Courtwood Residential Estate, Rochestown; Flannery's Pub, Limerick; Leeside Leisure, Winthrop St. Cork and Collins Bar in the Carrigaline Court Hotel – as well as many residential projects.

Registered Architects

Under the Building Control Act 2007, the RIAI acts as the registration body and competent authority for architects in Ireland. The consumer is protected by requiring anybody using the title architect to be registered with the RIAI. Derek O'Leary is a member of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland since 1997 and is an architect on the RIAI Register. As well as being a qualified Architect he is also a qualified architectural technician, project manager and architect accredited in Conservation Grade III.
